I create 3D and 'flat' birds and butterflies, usually starting with photos and simplifying them to reproducible shapes. The butterflies are usually 'bent' down the center line. These items can be made in many color combinations and various sizes.

While not a suncatcher, this is a new type of project for me, done with colors that reflected our daughter's wedding invitation and created to display it.

Pricing:

• Bird prices range from $12 to $30 for 5" wide pieces, depending on the number of pieces and complexity of construction. Flat pieces are generally less expensive than 3D.

• Butterflies are $10 to $15, depending on size and glass.

• Simple trees are $8. Other designs are also available.

• Angels come in several sizes, colors, and ethnicities. They range in price from $12 to $20, depending on size.

• Picture frames are too new a project to reliably price. This one was designed to hang, and would have priced at over $200 for an 8 x 10, based on the time it took to construct.

• Some items are 'one-of-a-kind' -- they are such a hassle to make that no one in their right mind would pay me enough to make it worth my while to do one again! This includes the hummingbirds and the wreath design shown!
